Barcode questions.
Which barcode type should I use?
CODE128 is the safe default for internal labels and general use. Use EAN-13 or UPC-A for retail products, and ITF-14 for shipping cartons.
Why does EAN/UPC say invalid?
Those formats require an exact number of digits (EAN-13 needs 12-13 digits, UPC-A needs 11-12). CODE128 accepts almost any text.
Are the barcodes free to use commercially?
Yes. Generate as many as you like for products, labels, and inventory.
Need a QR code instead?
Use the QR Code Studio for QR codes with logos, colours and styles.
